2019-nCoV IgG/IgM Rapid Test” is an in vitro test for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies specific to 2019-nCoV in human whole blood, serum or plasma specimen.  A whole blood sample can be collected from a finger prick using a single-use disposable lancet, then add to the test device, which will provide visual results in 10 minutes.

2019-nCoV IgG/IgM Rapid Test” is recommended for professional use in conjunction with clinical evaluation and results should be confirmed by other approved testing methods as required by CDC.

Test features:

  • On-site test

  • 10-15 minutes visual result

  • Highly Accurate

  • No instrument or refrigeration required

  • No additional training required to perform the test

Positive results of IgG/IgM antibodies indicate current and/or past exposure to COVID19.

Negative results indicate that the patient currently has not produced antibodies against COVID19.

The test is an easy-to-use on-site test which does not require any instruments or refrigeration. The test can be used in emergency room, physician's offices, nurses’ stations, medical clinics, pharmacies, drive through test stations, and even in-home setting to identify if symptomatic patients may be infected with COVID19.

Clinical testing has been performed in China against  COVID19 infected and normal patients with 99% Relative Sensitivity, 98% Relative Specificity, and 98.6% Accuracy results for IgG; and 85% Relative Sensitivity, 96% Relative Specificity, and 93% Accuracy for IgM.

COVID-19 RESPONSE-Rapid Molecular Testing

On-Site Active Virus Detection

Immediate detection of COVID-19 is critical to isolated potential spread of infection. Using the Abbott ID NOW™ testing device we can test individuals who are displaying symptoms of the COVID-19 and other viruses like Influenza in less than 10 minutes. This active virus detection method offers fast results and enables us to quickly mitigate the risk of these viruses spreading to coworkers and customers.

  Testing Platform Benefits:

  • High volume output (100 specimens per hour)

  • Highly accurate & efficient

  • Lower cost per test than other methods

  • Can be utilized to run up to 65 other blood tests, in addition to COVID-19 antibodies detection

Specimen Collection for Off-Site PCR Diagnostic Testing

Specimen Collection for-SARS-CoV-2 Real-time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel

This multiplex laboratory test for the detection of SARS-CoV-2, the causative agent of COVID-19.  The assay is available is running under an Emergency Use Authorization granted from the FDA. The assay is using a standard nasopharyngeal specimen from which our lab extracts viral RNA and then tests for the presence of key genes that can be used to identify its presence.

The SARS-CoV-2 test is a multiplex assay that targets three key genes: ORF1ab, N, and E, that scientists believe are key to accurately identifying the presence of the virus in patient samples.

This assay is to be ordered under the guidelines issued by CDC and various departments of health to identify the presence of the virus in symptomatic patients who have tested negative for other respiratory viruses.

COVID-19 RESPONSE-Advance Cleaning & Disinfection

The CDC recommends daily cleaning of high-touch surfaces such as counters, tabletops, doorknobs, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, and bedside tables, as well as surfaces that may come in contact with blood, stool, or bodily fluids. However, light switches, air vents, windowsills, furniture, and other objects can also become contaminated.

MDamerica’s affiliated commercial disinfection companies go above and beyond CDC guidelines for infection control and safety, providing highly detailed cleaning to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Our companies only use hospital-grade, CDC approved cleaners to ensure all surfaces are disinfected, sanitized, clear of harmful viruses, germs, and bacteria. All cleaning supplies are segmented, cleaned, and/or disposed of in order to stop cross-contamination.

More Effective Cleaning Means Lower Risk of Spreading the Coronavirus
